A gentle Yoga practice throughout the cancer treatment journey has been proven to significantly reduce related distress and anxiety. It also improves general healing and quality of life. 
As a cancer survivor in complete 10 years remission, Myriam’s mission has been to help patients to relieve their cure discomforts. She will take you through very gentle movements and mindful abdomen breathing techniques, muscles relaxation, and guided meditation. 
This will help you manage symptoms such as fatigue, sleep disturbances, loss of appetite, chemotherapy-induced nausea, and dizziness.
No perfumes used, soft room lights and sounds. 
Sessions are adapted to all therapy stages and energy levels.
